22 States File Savage Amicus Brief Demanding Biden Honor Vaccine Religious Exemptions for Military Members

On Monday, twenty-two states rallied together supporting some of our nation’s finest: Navy Seals. The states filed an amicus brief in the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals to fight against the Secretary of Defenses’ mandate requiring those in the military to receive the vaccine.

The Pentagon has stood by the directive the Biden regime handed down to enforce the COVID-19 vaccination policy in the military, disallowing both servicemen and women to make medical decisions on their own.

The amicus brief highlights the Administration’s continued rejection of religious exemption requests. The brief states, “The Administration’s near total denial rate for religious exemptions suggests—just standing on its own—that the Administration has cast aside [The Religious Freedom Restoration Act’s] demands to pursue a political decision to mandate widespread vaccination.” This disenfranchises many with legitimate objections to receiving the vaccine…
