On December 22nd, Egyptian third division Al-Rebat & Al-Anwar SC goalkeeper Ahmed Amin suffered a sudden heart attack in the locker room after training.
Amin went into cardiac arrest and lost consciousness in the locker room. The clubās medical team unsuccessfully attempted to revive Amin and rushed him to a nearby hospital.
Tragically, doctors at the hospital said Amin had already passed away and ruled his cause of death as cardiac arrest…
