9/11 Predestined for Destruction

There is much evidence that can point to the fact that 9/11 was a Deep State play.

I was in conversation with someone today who stated that the Deep State was not smart enough to plan and think ahead generations in advance in knowing what they had planned and needed to carry out beyond one generations lifetime.
