Wisconsin Governor Evers announced on Friday that National Guard troops will be deployed to Kenosha in anticipation of the Kyle Rittenhouse verdict.

Evers made the announcement as the jury went home for the weekend. That way the jurors will be aware of the violence that is coming to their city if Rittenhouse walks. Closing arguments are scheduled for Monday.
