China warned the world Thursday any nations that sought to boycott the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics would “pay the price” for such intransigence.
Washington announced its boycott earlier in the week, saying it was not be sending any diplomats to the event prompted by widespread rights abuses by China and the well documented genocide against the Muslim Uyghur minority in Xinjiang.
Australia, Britain and Canada followed suit followed suit some 48-hours later, however all stopped short of withholding athletes, as Breitbart News reported.
Why does the world allow communist regimes to exist? I bet the Chinese people would love having liberty and freedom. The communist governments are no better the the nazi government of Germany. In fact, they are worse! They have tortured and murdered far more people.
