Let’s just cut to the chase and dig into the crazy, shall we?
The Mankato, Minnesota, school board voted unanimously earlier this month to approve a policy to provide extra compensation exclusively to non-white teachers who become mentors to other non-white colleagues.
Nah, no way is that racist.
As reported by Alpha News, the board voted to amend district policy so that BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) teachers only may receive “additional stipends” to become mentors to BIPOC colleagues. The new policy will also provide funds for “placing American Indian educators at sites with other American Indian educators and educators of color at sites with other educators of color.”
They need the extra money to pay for their Cadillacs.
