Just when you thought the Globalist American Empire couldn’t get more Owellian, the Department of Homeland Security is here to make it all worse.
Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas testified Wednesday that the Department of Homeland Security is creating a “Disinformation Governance Board” to combat misinformation ahead of the 2022 midterms. [Fox News]
The timing of the announcement is symbolically fitting, given recent warnings from journalists, NGOs, and prominent Democrat Senators that the prospect of Elon Musk restoring free-speech to twitter constitutes a “danger our democracy.” It is only right then that one of our nation’s largest national security bureaucracies should set up a special “governance board” to address the threat of so-called disinformation that emerges when speech isn’t entirely controlled by the Regime and its proxies…
Disinformation Governance Board is straight out of Orwell’s 1984 Ministry of Truth and the new Twitter, which will no longer self-censor, will be forced by the new Biden agency to censor or shut it down. Not to worry, SCOTUS will rule POTUS is violating First Amendment of U.S. Constitution. It better. It would be a good time to force the issue that this truth or disinformation agency also violates the Tenth Amendment because nowhere in the Constitution is executive branch given the express right to create such an agency, and neither legislative branch nor judicial branch can permit it, directly or indirectly. If this happens it is usurpation of Tenth Amendment which the framers included as a condition of signing on to a Constitution. The federal government has the duty to do the right thing and limit its acts delimited by the framers and notwithstanding its power to do a wrong thing by ignoring the framers. Tenth Amendment is incorporated by reference into the Constitution by the Latin maxim expressio unius est exclusio alterius meaning powers expressed excludes all others not expressed and of like or unlike kind, same reserved to the people or the States. No magic language of another Latin maxim ejusdem generis is in the document. What is that, you may ask? It is where one or more terms are listed in a series following phrase including but not limited to, or other similar phrase, then additional items like or similar to those specifically enumerated are said to be implied. It usually appears in legislation creating an administrative agency to carry out what is legislated. Problem is that such regulatory agency almost always goes beyond the like or similar, to the dissimilar, and when the legislator adopts such regulation thereby unconstitutionally abdicates legislative power to the administrative agency. Such as this has gone over time and come to include even the executive branch by executive order or directive, which the framers did not expressly authorize, unconstitutional in either case. Administer means to carry out, not legislate. The legislative branch says, well if the executive branch can do this, then we can do that, but does nothing, and the judicial branch in turn says, well if they can do that, or nothing, then we can do this, interstitial caselaw legislation, also unconstitutional. The framers provided only via expressio unius, not ejusdem generis grab bag of powers. So take this disinformation or truth agency and trash it.
With the leaked SCOTUS 50 year old abortion case to be held erroneous and sent to the States to determine under the Tenth Amendment perhaps this whole thing is going to unravel–but only if all expressio unius provisions of the framers of the Constitution for the United States of America are honored, and this nasty lady of truth minister gotten rid of too.
