AOC has finally broken her silence on Twitter.
For the last two weeks while she was being investigated by the House ethics committee AOC has been noticeably silent on Twitter.
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio Cortez broke her silence on Thursday night to push back against Biden and tweeted out “If the Senate votes to overturn what D.C. Council did – I’ll sign it.”
The D.C Council bill that Biden hopes the Senate overturns is a bill that aims to make the criminal penalty lower on crimes such as carjacking
Biden appears to be siding with the GOP for the first time since he’s been in office.
This ain’t it. DC has a right to govern itself, like any other state or municipality. If the President supports DC statehood, he should govern like it.
