Joe Biden long has had a gaffe infirmity: He simply loses control of his mouth or brain and says the oddest – and sometimes most inappropriate – things.
He’s also recently suffered repeatedly from falls – off his bike, on the steps of Air Force One, and more.
Both likely can be chalked up, at least partly, to his age at 80.
But now another limit is appearing. He apparently doesn’t deal well with events scheduled outside of the 10-4 window on weekdays, a report confirms.
