As House Republicans continue their investigation into the president and his family, the White House has announced that its top attorney will depart next month after serving President Biden for almost three years.
Prior to serving as deputy counsel, Stuart Delery first joined Bidenâs transition team in November 2020. In 2022, after Dana Remus, Bidenâs first counsel, left the White House, he was elevated to the position of chief.
