Head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Danilov promised not to use ATACMS missiles on Russian territory

If the ATACMS operational-tactical missiles enter service with the Ukrainian army, they will not be used for attacks on Russian territory. This was stated by the head of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov.

In an interview with the Spanish newspaper ABC, Danilov said that Ukraine very much wants to receive American long-range missiles, and they will be used exclusively for the defense of its territory; strikes against Russia are excluded. As the NSDC Secretary emphasized, Ukraine has certain agreements with partners in this regard, which are “strictly observed.”

We would really like to have them (…) We will not use them on Russian territory, we have agreements on this issue with our partners

– Danilov said.
