Presidentish Joe Biden has a message of peace and love on Monday in the aftermath of the deadliest attack on Jewish civilians since the Holocaust. It did, however, leave me with one question: did the White House’s Dr. Feelgood get your daily dosage wrong, Mr. President?
Before we get to Biden’s latest tone-deaf gaffe that had all the timing and grace of a child’s birthday party clown opening up his act with “The Aristocrats,” let me briefly set the stage for you.
Two weeks ago, the Gaza-based Hamas terror organization did something new in the sad annals of human atrocities. Following a barrage of 5,000 or more rockets, some 2,500 terrorists breached the wall surrounding the Gaza Strip, briefly occupying Israeli lands that stretched from Sderot to Ofakim to a string of small settlements all the way south to the Egyptian border. They murdered around 1,400 Israelis, mostly civilians, in the most brutal ways imaginable. There were rapes of the living and the dead, alongside other acts so unspeakable that, well, I won’t speak of them…
