This constitutes the second installment in a substack series delving deeper into the affiliations and financial involvements of Foster Coulson, David (Dave) Lopez, and Brandon Kuemper who work together in business ventures such as Ingtegro Cap and The Wellness Company. Kristin Elizabeth initially explored these connections in her Beyond the Maze substack article, The Wellness Company-Altruistic Alternative Healthcare Empire, or Intelligence Operation. The initial follow-up piece by this author delved further into the intricacies of Coulson, Lopez, and Kuemper’s Integro Cap Investment group, examining their connections with co-investors from the Unreasonable Group, which can be traced back to the United Nations. All findings were found using public data searches. This article will center on the investment made by Integro Cap that appear to deviate from Foster Coulson’s claims of constructing an alternative healthcare system unrelated to major pharmaceutical companies that Kristin Elizabeth did not delve into. In Kristin Elizabeth’s original article, she excellently provided detailed insights into the three companies, International Health Brands, Momentix, and Qu Biologics featured in the portfolio section of the Integro Cap website.
Upon further investigation, PitchBook indicates that Integro Cap is an investor in a company called Nanobiosym. The deal date between Integro Cap Investments and Nanobiosym don’t seem to align with when the company was founded. So that is a troubling discovery that merits further investigation.
