Terror returns to Moscow

Two weeks ago, the U.S. Embassy warned its citizens of the possibility of terrorist attacks in crowded places.

Last night a white Renault Symbol stopped in front of the entrance of the Crocus Theater, inside the City Hall Shopping Center, in Krasnogorsk, a town located in the north-west of Moscow.

Shortly after, the same white Renault Symbol with four terrorists on board left the Crocus parking lot.

The terrorists remained in the building for 18 minutes; In the meantime, Russian security forces and the FSB have arrived and helped evacuate people.

The tragedy was immediately revealed to be immense, with more than 50 ambulances arriving immediately on the scene.

At 9:14 p.m., rescuers managed to evacuate people from the roof of the building set on fire by terrorists, and at 8:30 p.m., helicopters from the Ministry of Emergency Situations tried to contain the fire by dropping water on the building. Efforts proved to be in vain as at 10:05 p.m. the roof of the Crocus began to collapse.
