This one is deeply personal for me.
For a long time, I’ve known that there are 5 devices that run/ruin my life — my personal phone, my work phone, my personal laptop, my work laptop and the TV. Seems like a lot, right? How about you?

6.7 hours for my reading time on average sounds low considering my job has switched to one-day per week requirement for the office.
On the most days, I’m on the work laptop between 9–5 taking very few breaks and then I’m so tired by the end of it that I simply want to numb myself through social media or binging the latest Netflix TV show.
