In a dramatic courtroom twist, the Nevada Supreme Court just made a major move against Democrats.
They ruled against forcing election certification if there’s fraud allegations.
So much for Nevada Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar’s petition.
He was trying to rush the certification of a recount from the June primary election.
Apparently, some discrepancies had popped up in the recount.
“Ignore those discrepancies, just certify it!” seems to be the theme here.
