Video Shows U.S. Soldier Getting Attacked In Turkey

A video circulating on X shows a U.S. soldier getting attacked by a nationalist Turkish Youth group on Monday.

The video shows a group of Turkish nationalists surrounding a U.S. soldier and putting a plastic bag over his head.

A group of nationalists also attacked another soldier.

In a statement, a Turkish government office stated, “The Turkey Youth Union (TGB), a youth branch of the nationalist opposition Vatan Party, “physically attacked” two U.S. soldiers dressed in civilian clothes in the Konak district.”
