Dr. Geoff Pain raises concerns about the harmful ingredients found in the monkeypox (mpox) ACAM2000 vaccine.
The vaccine contains antibiotics neomycin and polymyxin B, as well as other components such as the live vaccinia virus, HEPES, human albumin, mannitol, and diluent nasties.
Dr. Pain speculates that these antibiotics are included to address potential bacterial contamination and endotoxin release.
However, there are adverse reactions linked to these vaccine components.
Polymyxin B, for example, can bind to the super-toxic endotoxin fragment lipid A, but its use in reducing patient endotoxin levels is not very effective.
