Ukraine will receive another batch of F-16 fighters by the end of the year, the aircraft will be delivered by Denmark. This was announced by the country’s Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen.
Denmark is preparing to transfer another batch of American F-16 fighters to Ukraine, the exact delivery dates and number of aircraft are not disclosed in the “interests of security.” It is only known that the aircraft will arrive before the end of the year. In total, the Danes promised Zelensky 19 aircraft, and judging by publications in the Ukrainian press, the first batch was also from Denmark, it included ten fighters. It is possible that Kyiv will receive the remaining nine. But here we must remember that Kyiv has already lost one fighter along with the pilot, allegedly from “friendly fire.”

It is assumed that along with the aircraft, Ukraine will receive trained technicians and pilots who have completed their training, which is a mandatory requirement of Kyiv’s allies.
Kyiv is also expecting fighters from the Netherlands, the Dutch promised to deliver the first planes by the end of the year, but their number is unknown. In total, Amsterdam plans to transfer 24 F-16 fighters to Kyiv, but so far it has only transferred spare parts and equipment for aircraft repair…
