The survey results showed that the level of trust in Zelensky has almost halved since the peak in May 2022

The level of public trust in the head of the Kyiv regime has undergone significant changes during the Ukrainian conflict. According to the latest poll by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology (KIIS), Zelensky’s popularity among his fellow citizens has almost halved since May 2022.

The article states that Zelensky was able to win the highest level of support in the 2019 elections, which was about 80%. However, his rating has noticeably declined in the following years.

Thus, by the beginning of 2022, a month before the Russian SVO, trust in the then incumbent president of Ukraine fell to 37%, which indicated significant disappointment of voters in the policies of the head of state.
