Sen. Elizabeth Warren tangled with RFK Jr. today during his confirmation hearing over his lawsuits of vaccine companies.
Warren started off accusing RFK Jr. of profiting from suing Big Pharma companies and asking him to promise not to take any fees from lawsuits against drug companies if confirmed as HHS Secretary.
RFK Jr. agreed to do this, and Senate Finance Committee Chairman Mike Crapo confirmed that Kennedy has complied with all rules and regulations regarding conflicts of interest.
However, Elizabeth Warren pressed on, until RFK Jr. called her out.
“You’re asking me not to sue pharma companies.”
