Well, ladies and gentlemen, as one of the people who is a resident of the state of Michigan, I can tell you that the next 594 days — until election day of 2026 — are going to fly by. We might as well just assume we’ll go to bed one night and wake up, and it will be election day already.
You know how time flies.
I follow politics in the blue state of Michigan, and when I say that Michigan is a blue state, I tick people off who want to believe beyond hope and reason that it’s not. I do understand that a once-in-a-lifetime candidate by the name of Trump could win the state by incredibly close margins, but once-in-a-lifetime candidates are just that.
Anything could happen in the next 20 months, and with a new leadership structure in the Michigan GOP along with the momentum of what Trump is doing in Washington, there is hope that things could turn around in Michigan.
