Denton County Commissioner Bobbie Mitchell was st*bbed in her Lewisville home early Monday.
Her husband Fred was also st*bbed and later died at the hospital.
Their 23-year-old grandson, Mitchell Blake Reinacher, is charged with m*rder and aggravated assault.
Bobbie Mitchell was the first Black mayor of Lewisville, elected in 1993.
She served until 2000 before moving on to her current county role…
