President Trump is hoping the Supreme Court will intervene and disrupt a District Judge’s attempt to put his Administration between a rock and a hard place.
Pam Bondi’s DOJ requested the intervention on behalf of the Trump Administration today in response to District Judge Brian Murphy’s injunction against a planeload of deportees headed for offloading in Sudan.
The issue is that the deportees aren’t Sudanese.
And Judge Murphy took issue with the President deporting illegals (those who came here illegally, and committed crimes in America) to a third-party nation willing to take them…
