The Senate has been busy today voting on rapid-fire amendments to President Trump’s ‘Big, Beautiful, Bill.’
The goal is to fine-tune the details and have a final vote on Wednesday. President Trump has said he wants it on his desk by this Friday.
One of those amendments that the Senate voted on today would have removed taxpayer-funded Medicaid benefits for illegal immigrants.
It should have been a no-brainer. This isn’t good for the American people!
However, it ended up failing, with a vote of 56-44…
