Peskov on the talks in Istanbul: Naturally, no one expects such an easy road

The next, third round of negotiations between Moscow and Kiev will soon begin in Istanbul, in the Ciragan Palace. Representatives of the delegations of both countries have reportedly already left for Turkey.

At the same time, as Kremlin Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov told journalists, the main topic of today’s meeting will be the discussion of draft memoranda that the parties handed over to each other during the previous meeting, which took place in June. It is also planned to touch upon the issues of continuing mutual exchanges and other humanitarian aspects.
