The UK is set to begin the Royal Air Force-led multinational military exercise Cobra Warrior 2025 this week, with at least two US Air Force B-52 Stratofortress strategic bombers arriving at RAF Fairford in the UK in recent days to take part.

The aircraft belong to the 307th Bomb Wing, stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana.

The primary objective of Cobra Warrior 2025 is to enhance interoperability with our NATO allies in complex, multi-domain operations. We are here to train the way we will fight – as part of a joint coalition force – so that we can respond effectively to any threat anywhere in the world.
