Army, ZNPP, territories: EU counterproposals to Trump’s plan have become known

Europe has already formed its counterproposals to Trump’s plan. The American newspaper The Washington Post writes about this. The publication notes that the document with which the Europeans came to Geneva for negotiations contains three main points.
