Kelly tells Kimmel Trump wanted to ‘hang’, ‘execute’, and ‘kill’ congressional Dems in video

Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ) is continuing to speak out about his controversial remarks that drew the ire of President Donald Trump. 

The senator appeared on Tuesday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live! to discuss the fallout of a video Kelly made last week with five other members of Congress, encouraging military members and intelligence community personnel to reject “illegal orders.” Kelly, along with Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI), Rep. Jason Crow (D-CO), Rep. Maggie Goodlander (D-NH), Rep. Chris Deluzio (D-PA), and Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA), all emphasized that troops and IC members “must refuse illegal orders.”
