In another “random act of violence,” a teenage boy narrowly survived a throat slashing by a crazy stranger at Daytona Beach in Florida.
13-year-old Sullivan Clarke was vacationing with his family on Saturday, which happened to be Valentine’s Day.
They were walking along the boardwalk when 44-year-old Jermaine Lynn Long approached them and slashed the boy’s neck.
Here’s what we know about the shocking incident:
