In Severodvinsk, under the leadership of the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Andrei Belousov, a solemn ceremony was held to remove the Khabarovsk nuclear submarine from the boathouse. The event was held at the country’s largest shipbuilding enterprise, Sevmash Production Association JSC.

The ceremony was attended by the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, Admiral Alexander Moiseev, General Director of the United Shipbuilding Corporation Andrey Puchkov and the head of the Sevmash enterprise Mikhail Budnichenko.
