Back in March, we reported on a group of teachers and others in Loudoun County compiling a list of parents suspected of disagreeing with the schoolsâ effort to incorporate critical race theory â in part to âinfiltrateâ online parent groups and even use âhackersâ to silence parentsâ communications and âexpose these people publicly.â
Now weâre hearing that a pilot for American Airlines is being investigated over social media posts criticizing the incorporation of critical race theory into his school district.

The Dallas News reports:
American Airlines is investigating one of its pilots after social media users urged the company to review his posts and podcasts criticizing Carroll ISDâs proposed diversity and inclusion initiative and its supporters.
Guy Midkiff, 62, is a Southlake resident who has been a pilot at American for 32 years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
âWe are troubled by the allegations made and have launched an investigation into the matter,â an American Airlines representative said Wednesday in an email.

The Southlake Anti-Racism Coalition, led by current and former students, included four screenshots of Midkiffâs Twitter posts in a tweet that read, âYour employee has been harassing students and community members relentlessly for months for speaking out against the racism they experience in our town. From targeting individual minors and accosting our organization, here are just some of his most recent unprofessional comments.â
American responded in a tweet, âYour comments concern us so please DM the link where it shows the employee comments for us to take a closer look.â
The exchange goes:

Unless someone breaks a law – itâs none of your business – as a company – what someoneâs politics happen to be.
This was a chance for AA to stand up for personal freedoms.
