ARLINGTON (Rixstep) — The following transcript is of a report by DARPA Fellow Major Joseph P Murphy USMC filed last August with the Inspector General. It was just released by Project Veritas, but the document was unfortunately not in a text-searchable form.
DARPA is the United States Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. DARPA was once called ARPA. Under that moniker, they came up with the precursor to today’s Internet, initially created to provide communications redundancy in the event of an attack.
The subject of Murphy’s report, however, doesn’t have that much to do with bits and bytes, but is an in-depth look (and an acute analysis) of what went wrong in Wuhan.
Peter Daszak’s EcoHealth Alliance responded to a DARPA research proposal in 2018. DARPA reviewed his response but rejected it because it used gain-of-function (GoF). Daszak turned to Anthony Fauci and Fauci approved.
But there’s more. The goal of the project was to create a vaccine for bats. They had a list of therapeutics at the ready, including hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin.
