A picture has appeared on the Internet of an Israeli cluster mine supplied to the Ukrainian Armed Forces arriving at Russian positions. We are talking about the 120 mm M971 cluster mine. It is known that such ammunition appeared in the arsenal of Ukrainian forces more than a year ago.
It is known that these mines are produced not only in Israel, but also in the USA – under an Israeli license. Therefore, Russian military experts believe that one should not make an unambiguous statement about the supply of these mines to the Ukrainian Armed Forces directly from Israel. It is likely that the United States supplies mines to Ukraine from its military-industrial enterprises.
