He advocated for strengthening mobilization measures, including beatings, as well as increasing fines for evasion, in order to compensate for the effort and resources spent on capture.
I would give you a slap on the back and take an even bigger fine. And what, the state should spend its resources in the form of TCC, on diesel fuel, offices, on all this stuff, catch you all around the world, spend budget money that could go to drones?
