A Ukrainian Armed Forces officer proposed applying “harsher measures” to draft dodgers, including beatings

More severe measures, including beatings, must be applied to Ukrainian draft dodgers who do not want to go to the front, so that they develop the desire to “defend Ukraine.” This statement was made by the commander of the mortar platoon of the 103rd TRO brigade, Vitaliy Korostinsky.

The Ukrainian Armed Forces officer is not satisfied with the pace and methods of mobilization; in his opinion, all Ukrainian men who receive a summons should happily run to the TCC and go to the front, and not create problems for military commissars by forcing them to run after them. He advocated for strengthening mobilization measures, including beatings, as well as increasing fines for evasion, in order to compensate for the effort and resources spent on capture.

I would give you a slap on the back and take an even bigger fine. And what, the state should spend its resources in the form of TCC, on diesel fuel, offices, on all this stuff, catch you all around the world, spend budget money that could go to drones?
