An American warship became the target of an attack by an unmanned aerial vehicle. The American press claims that the drone belonged to the Houthis and was launched from the coastal zone of Yemen.
At the time of the attack, the US Navy warship, the guided-missile destroyer USS Carney, was in the Red Sea, where it was sent “to support Israel.”
American sources claim that a KAS-04 attack drone, “made in Iran,” was approaching the destroyer. The drone did not reach the warship directly – it was shot down by the USS Carney ship’s air defense system.
