CNN’s Anderson Cooper allowed his usually demure demeanor to slip while talking with Republican Governor Chris Sununu, uttering a vulgar phrase in his frustration.

One would think that eliminating wasteful spending that throws tax dollars down the drain would be more of a positive experience, but now one of the more even-keeled CNN anchors is unable to keep his cool while discussing the topic.
