As part of a “Day of Rage” demonstration on Sunday, Antifa rioters shot inside a Portland cafe owned by a military veteran. Heroes American Cafe was the target of rioters after the establishment was categorized as an “unfriendly business” by Antifa accounts on Twitter.
Activist Twitter user @DublinPDX named the cafe in response to a call for a blacklist this month.
KGW News’ Maggie Vespa reported that two bullets and a baseball bat “came through windows at Heroes American Cafe (SW Park & Clay).” Adding that the owner says he received a phone call days ago warning that his business would be targeted.
The Post Millennial‘s editor-at-large Andy Ngo tweeted: “Antifa rioters shot inside the Heroes American Cafe in downtown Portland last night during their mass rampage. Antifa has taken issue with the business for putting photos of first responders on its walls & added the cafe to its list of places to target.

In addition to the damage to the cafe, Portland saw the toppling of statues of former presidents Abraham Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, and the vandalism of the Oregon Historical Society on Sunday night.
