Using the international recognition of the PLO as sole and legitimate representative of the Palestine people, only to negotiate and sign Oslo Accord which the PLO/Fatah gave Israel full unconditional recognition waiving the Rights of Return for those Palestinian expelled from Palestine in 1947-48 (Al-Nakba) agreeing to set up the Palestinian Authority to serve the Israeli Occupation as its civil administration agent and providing auxiliary security assistance to Israel.
