Are they TRYING to start riots? Coronavirus task force now telling Americans to stay out of grocery stores, pharmacies for TWO weeks

We’re going to get sick of the nonsense at some point, and probably sooner rather than later

(TNS) If President Donald Trump’s objective is to head off a cycle of violence he himself predicted would come the longer the country remains under virtual lockdown over coronavirus, he’s certainly going about it in a funny way.

Or rather, his ‘coronavirus task force’ advisers are.

Over the weekend, Dr. Deborah Birx, the response coordinator, told Americans who already cannot go to gyms, restaurants, clothing stores or 1,000 they should now stop going to grocery stores for food and pharmacies for medicine.

The New York Post reported:

The White House coronavirus task force is warning against even going out to buy groceries or medication as the pandemic is expected to hit a deadly apex in the coming two weeks.

“The next two weeks are extraordinarily important,” White House coronavirus response coordinator Deborah Birx warned at a press conference late Saturday.

This is the moment to not be going to the grocery store, not going to the pharmacy, but doing everything you can to keep your family and your friends safe,” Birx warned. …

“This will probably be the toughest week — between this week and next week,” President Donald Trump told the White House press conference. “There will be a lot of death, unfortunately … there will be death,” he warned.

No offense, Mr. President, but define “a lot.” Because frankly, though deaths continue to rise, they are not apocalyptic numbers. And as each day passes, it doesn’t look like they’re going to be.

If the president and Dr. Birx know something the rest of us don’t, now would be a great time to tell us.

Because otherwise, this just looks like stupidity. And more needless panic.

Birx’s statement is now two days old, and in a coronavirus news cycle, that is a long time. Since she said that, the number of deaths has begun to wane, especially in New York City, the U.S. epicenter for the virus. In fact, on Monday, the stock market responded to that revelation positively, shooting skyward more than 1,200 points at one measure.

And there it is! The sign that the all clear is here… when the propaganda engine shifts into insane and hysterical overdrive, that has always meant that the data underlying the hysteria is defunct. thank you for the admission that your fauxdemic has passed even the minimal contagion levels of the flu that it always has been.
