By the time it reaches the border, it is expected to have picked up an additional 4,000 foreigners for a total of 15,000, making it the largest group of foreigners to illegally cross into the United States at once in the history of the United States.
The group allegedly consists of people traveling from Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Cuba.
