Joe Biden entered the Oval Office with no mandate of any kind. Â The Senate is deadlocked. Â Democrats in the House hold a razor-thin majority. Â Joe himself is widely considered by many Americans to be an illegitimate President who took power based on widespread electoral fraud.
Under these circumstances one might normally anticipate four years of standing pat, playing it safe and steering toward the middle.  These, however, are not normal times.  Bidenâs administration is under the control of zealots and insurrectionists bent on transforming America and making revolutionary change.  What you have seen to date, radical as it has been, has been only the beginning.
The White House has now unveiled something called the National Strategy for Countering Domestic Terrorism.  It purports to be some sort of national-level assessment of the threat posed and a prescription for how to deal with that threat.  That is a lie.  This is not a document that was âcross-walkedâ across the Intelligence Community and federal law enforcement agencies.  It does not represent the sage, unbiased assessment of career professionals.
This is a document crafted at the senior levels of this administration by political appointees to serve political purposes.  Its manifest intent is to label the political opponents of this regime as enemies of the state so that the power of the state can be used to crush them.  There is no ambiguity about that purpose.  It drips from every page.
For well over a year we watched our cities burn, our police precincts sacked, and law enforcement personnel assaulted and murdered. Â The same expressly Marxist groups that perpetrated these crimes and transformed great American cities like Portland, Minneapolis, and Seattle into war zones continue to march, demand revolution, and an end to the republic.
You would know none of that from the new âNational Strategy.â  In true Orwellian fashion, all of those events are simply erased from history.  In their place is enshrined the threat of âwhite supremacyâ and âmilitiasâ â itself an obvious code word for armed white people who oppose Joe Biden.  Every example of a domestic terrorist attack cited in the entire document involves the actions of a white extremist.  Everything else, every riot, every act of arson, every murder, every assault of any kind is simply ignored.
The tone of the document is clear: We are under attack. We are under attack by white supremacists and âprivate militia.â Â Our very existence as a nation is at stake. Â We must act now and do whatever is necessary to crush these people and prevent them from gaining power.
âAcross violent ideologies, individuals and small groups â both formal and informal â have been galvanized by recent political and societal events in the United States to carry out violent attacks. Â Among that wide range of animating ideologies, racially or ethnically motivated violent extremists (principally those who promote the superiority of the white race) and militia violent extremists are assessed as presenting the most persistent and lethal threats.â
You may have thought you spent months watching Antifa, BLM, and a host of other Marxist revolutionary organizations tearing this nation apart. According to the new âNational Strategyâ â you were mistaken. Armed white people are the problem.
I wish there was help for you.

âIndividuals subscribing to violent ideologies such as violent white supremacy, which are grounded in racial, ethnic, and religious hatred and the dehumanizing of portions of the American community, as well as violent anti-government ideologies, are responsible for a substantial portion of todayâs domestic terrorism.â
These white supremacists threaten the republic itself, and most terrifying of all, they have this habit of organizing themselves, possessing firearms, and thinking they have rights and are entitled to resist government tyranny.
âThey also take on a variety of forms, from lone actors and small groups of informally aligned individuals to networks exhorting and targeting violence toward specific communities, to violent selfâproclaimed âmilitiasâ who, despite legal prohibitions in all fifty states against certain private militia activity, assert a baseless right to take the law into their own hands.â
âAnother key component of the threat comes from anti-government or anti-authority violent extremists. This significant component of todayâs threat includes selfâproclaimed âmilitiasâ and militia violent extremists who take steps to violently resist government authority or facilitate the overthrow of the U.S. Government based on perceived overreachâŠâ
All of this is terrifying enough, but the really chilling part of this document lies in what the Biden administration plans on doing about this âthreat.â It is not simply warning us. It is letting us know that it is going hunting for its opponents.
The new strategy includes:
â Identifying anyone with the wrong ideas who has a âposition of trustâ within the federal workforce and rooting them out.
â Finding ânovel approachesâ for prohibiting âmilitiaâ activity.
â Taking away âassault weapons.â
â Keeping firearms out of âdangerousâ hands.
â Monitoring and controlling online communications and speech that can be considered incitement.
â Countering misinformation, disinformation, and conspiracy theories.
All of these efforts will be directed by something called the Domestic Terrorism Executive Committee, which will be chaired by the Attorney General Merrick Garland. That would be the same individual who testified at his confirmation hearings that the United States was systemically racist and who is on the record as saying that white supremacists are the greatest threat we face as a nation.

Lest you somehow have managed to absorb all this and still cling to the hope that this administration does not actually intend to follow through on the clear intent of its words, take note of this. Just as the new domestic terrorism advisory was issued and being trumpeted around Washington the FBI provided this assessment to Congress.
âWe assess that some DVE (domestic violent extremist) adherents of QAnon likely will begin to believe they can no longer âtrust the planâ referenced in QAnon posts and that they have an obligation to change from serving as âdigital soldiersâ towards engaging in real-world violenceâincluding harming perceived members of the âcabalâ such as Democrats and other political oppositionâinstead of continually awaiting Qâs promised actions which have not occurred.â
This is not a drill. This is not a joke. The Biden administration has weaponized federal intelligence and law enforcement agencies and served notice that it intends to use them to crush its political opponents. There can be nothing more threatening to the rule of law and the continued existence of a constitutional republic.
Never in our history have we seen the like.
Biden has declared war on America.
