Biden Holds ‘Cancer Cabinet’ Meeting While Handler Jill Treats Him Like a Child

Joe Biden held a meeting of his “Cancer Cabinet” on Wednesday. The Cancer Cabinet is supposed to be working on efforts to combat cancer.

But one of the things that was very evident about the meeting was how halting, old, and slow Biden appeared to be. He was just supposed to be reading introductory remarks. Yet still, he had some trouble, struggling through it with some confusion and missed words.
