The Colorado Supreme Court voted 4-3 yesterday to ban Donald Trump from the state’s ballot under the U.S. Constitution’s insurrection clause, despite Trump never having been convicted of insurrection. Legal scholar Joe Wolverton II joins us today to discuss the warnings of our Founding Fathers about actions exactly like this, and what the United States Supreme Court is likely to do with Colorado’s ruling.
