Skyler Buckner, a 26-yr-old black male has turned himself in to authorities and is in custody after a shooting at an Oklahoma outdoor festival near Taft, Oklahoma. Witnesses are saying the shooting, that took place after an argument just after midnight. A 39-year-old woman was killed and 7 people, including two juveniles, were injured.
AP reports â An arrest warrant was issued for Skyler Buckner and he turned himself in to the Muskogee County sheriffâs office Sunday afternoon, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation said in a statement.
