On April 4, Bob Lee, the 43-year-old founder of Cash App and father of two, was stabbed to death in San Francisco. Just over a week later, police have made an arrest and the suspect is being held on murder charges.
Around 2:35 am on April 4, San Francisco police officers responded to a report of a stabbing. When they arrived on the scene they found tech executive Lee suffering from stab wounds. He was quickly taken to a hospital where he ultimately died from his injuries.
While this was initially presumed by the public to be a random violent crime – a trend that is growing in San Francisco – it now seems to have been a targeted attack.
