On Friday, President Joe Biden signed an executive order titled “Protecting Access to Reproductive Health Care,” which aims to protect access to “safe and legal abortion” across the country.

On Friday, President Joe Biden signed an executive order to protect access to “safe and legal abortion” across the country, notwithstanding the Supreme Court turned over the decision on the legality of abortion to individual States.
So, Biden sits in review of the Supreme Court and seeks to reverse it by executive order? Impossible! He can’t do an executive order where there in no language in the final Supreme Court decision inviting his administrative oversight. Guess he can control DC, which is not a State, only a District, and put a lot of abortion clinics in that ten mile square, but he can not interfere with what States want to do. He can do a national ad speech, over and over, calling on voters to elect two more senators in Senate and control the House too, make abortions legal, but any such federal law he signed would not be legal because (1) he’s not a legal President, not legally elected, (2) Supreme Court ruled not a federal matter, but for the States, hence can’t be nationalized, short of calling for convention to amend the Constitution, and (3) an exercise in futility.
Three strikes, you’re out, Joe Biden.
