Fencing is back up all over Washington, D.C.

I have MULTIPLE boots on the ground reports to show you.

Let’s start with Laura Loomer who reports the following:

WATCH:  I am on the scene in front of the Walter E Washington Convention Center in DC where @JoeBiden
Joe Biden is about to give his press conference.

They are not allowing anyone into the press conference.

The entire street is blocked off like a WAR ZONE and DC police have erected metal walls to keep the public out.

The optics of this event are straight up THIRD WORLD DICTATOR.
