BREAKING: Parler Goes Down After Trump Joins Social Media Platform – Apple Threatens to Remove Parler Unless it Enacts Draconian Censorship Policies

   Well, if there were ever any doubt that DJT was the target of a coup, it’s now obvious that there is one openly in progress.

   1. When Nancy Pelosi made direct contact with a senior military official For the stated purpose of interfering with the authorities and powers of the presidency, she committed several federal felonies, including sedition and high treason.

   2. When this military official failed to cause her immediate arrest and detention for a grave felony committed in his presence that threatened national security, he likely violated title 18 sections two and three, and 370 by joining her conspiracy. The military chain of command upon learning of these events should have immediately removed him from command.

   3. When Apple, Google, and IBM joined forces to control free-speech in the face of a national emergency, they clearly acting in the interest of those who would commit treason and sedition. I submit that a case can now be made that they violated title 18, sections two and three (adding & abetting) before and after the fact,) and section 370, conspiracy.

   4. By participating in these federal felonies, Apple, Google, IBM and many others (their fellow travelers) have subjected their commercial enterprises to the criminal and civil forfeiture provisions of federal law. Under the statutes, it is not inconceivable, that the businesses themselves may be seized, as a means of preventing them from committing further criminal acts pending litigation.

   5. Nancy Pelosi, and the co-conspirators she has named in her various public statements, can at this point and should be immediately arrested on federal charges, notwithstanding their high political offices. Nothing in the United States code insulates a sitting member of Congress or the Senate from criminal prosecution, or from criminal arrest, when they break the law. They do not have a license to steal lollipops, automobiles, nor elections.

   6. The executive branch and its agencies have been so paralyzed by all of the actions of Congress, the actions of those who conspired to steal the election, etc., they are now unable to effectively function. President Trump, having taken an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution against all enemies both foreign and domestic, has absolutely no choice except to involve trusted members of the military to interdict the bad actors, prevent them from further treasonous and seditious activities, to halt the attempt to overthrow the lawful government of the United States, and to apprehend those who have previously so acted.

   Regardless of whether Pelosi was drunk or sober as she went off the rails starting last Thursday, her subsequent actions were clearly criminal in nature. These actions were done with thoughtful, studied, and planned criminal intention. She clearly acted in such a fashion as to attempt to overthrow the government of the United States, and it doesn’t matter if she did it five years ago four years ago or 10 minutes before Trump’s term expires.
