His pick has been revealed as Karoline Leavitt, a 26-year-old former member of Trumpâs administration.

So, who exactly is Karoline Leavitt?
Karoline served in Trumpâs administration as assistant press secretary for Kayleigh McEnany. She later worked for Rep. Elise Stefanik as director of communications.
USA Today has more on Leavittâs background in politics:
Leavitt, 25, is a New Hampshire native. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in politics and communication from Saint Anselm College in 2019.
Prior to politics, Leavitt was a producer at WMUR-TV in Manchester, N.H., and associate producer at New Hampshire Chronicle. She was also an administrative assistant for Fox News Media, her LinkedIn profile says.
Leavitt was a presidential writer and an assistant press secretary for Kayleigh McEnany under the Trump administration.
Leavitt later became a director of communications for Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y.
